Hot Air Balloon painting. Callaway Gardens Pine Mountain Georgia annual hot air balloon flight. I painted this impressionistic watercolor painting on a birch wood panel. First I used a gesso finish on the wood, then applied white acrylic painting. Once that dried I used watercolors to paint the art followed by a clear acrylic protective top coat.
